CREATIVE LISCENSE/ CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
DESIGN POLICY

Our dedicated team is always striving to create the best version of your chosen design and work hard on it. All items are handcrafted and variations in materials used can result in small variations to the design. Our cake artists have the right to use creative license in finishing the cakes. All sales are final and no refunds will be given for variations in design.

CANCELLATIONS/ CHANGE POLICY

Cancellations or modifications to orders must be made at least 72 hours prior to the date of your order. Fondant/Custom cake orders require 5 days and Wedding cake orders require at least 2 weeks notice before your wedding date - the tasting fee and/or deposit is non-refundable. Requests for cancellations/ changes must be received via email. While we will try our best to accommodate any changes, we cannot guarantee the same within the 72 hour period. Change requests will be reviewed and responded to during Tuesday – Saturday, 10am – 4pm. Requests submitted after these hours will not be reviewed until the following business day.

REFUND POLICY

Kindly check the cake, design and writing for approval. If somebody else is picking the cake, ensure they check and approve.

If there is a variance to what was ordered, we will make necessary changes right away. Once the cake has been accepted and removed from the premises, refund requests will not be accepted. Refunds requested due to flavor after the cake has been accepted and picked up will not be honored. If the product is bought back and found to not meet the Sweet Goodness standard may qualify for a percentage of a store credit. Cakes must be brought back to within 48 hours of pick up. No refund is possible for cakes that have been completely eaten. Please email us to let us know of the issue. Store credits of any kind will not be issued to customers who do not contact us within 48 hours.
